Tammy Buckalew, President, holds a bachelor’s degree in English from James Madison University. After a 19-year career as an elementary school teacher, Tammy recently became the Program and Communications Coordinator at Culpeper Presbyterian Church. She is a flute player with the Piedmont Community Band and helps to manage the band’s activities. In her spare time, Tammy enjoys reading, writing, crafts, and spending time with her family and dogs. Amanda Reck, Vice President, worked for a large telecommunications company before becoming a stay-at-home parent and active volunteer. She served as Producer for the Windmore summer camp and youth productions of Seussical JR, The First Leon, and Yes, Virginia. You will find her on the center stage acting (The Emerald Heist) now and again. She brings over 20 years of experience to the board with her vast expertise in volunteering for many organizations and nonprofits, serving as a board member, coordinator, and president. William (Bill) Bradford, Secretary, retired from a 22-year career at TE Connectivity, most recently as Senior Global Supplier Quality Manager. He has held numerous manufacturing management positions in finance, supply chain, procurement and planning over a 46-year career in the oil and gas, telecom, aerospace, and industrial markets, all at TE Connectivity, Associated Materials, Huber + Suhner AG, and Hercules.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Trinity College of Vermont, an Associate of Science degree from Champlain College, a professional certification from the Institute of Supply Management, and a manufacturing Six Sigma Black Belt.
Bill is an administrative volunteer at Culpeper Wellness Foundation (Free Clinic), a volunteer for the American Cancer Society, a past President of Junior Achievement of Vermont, a past mentor for the local Lego Mindstorms/Robotics team, and a former manager/coach of Little League Baseball here in Culpeper. Bill plays acoustic guitar and keyboards, and in his spare time had brief stints with three different rock/blues cover bands to earn his “stage experience.” His hobbies include home landscaping, small woodworking projects, minor auto repair, traveling, photography, golf, and cataloging his collection of LPs and CDs.

Casey Brooks, Treasurer, grew up in Fauquier County and has lived in Culpeper for 20 years. She and her husband live in Jeffersonton with their daughter. Their oldest child lives in Colorado and works as a software developer. Casey graduated from James Madison University in 1998 and has worked in Finance/ Accounting for over 25 years. Since 2010 she has worked for TE Connectivity and is currently the Director of Finance for the Application Tooling Business Unit. Casey served as a girl scout leader for several years and is a member of 100 Women Who Care – Fauquier, Rappahannock, and Culpeper.

Rebecca (Becca) Buncie, Director, is a native of Culpeper, Virginia. She graduated from CCHS. She has a Bachelor of Arts from UVA in Religious Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marymount University. She previously was a volunteer and leader with several organizations, including Family, Career & Community Leaders of America, 4-H, Relay for Life, Hoos Against Hunger and Homelessness, and several other organizations. Becca has spent the last 12 years working as a nurse in Culpeper, both at the hospital and the Free Clinic of Culpeper. She is passionate about literacy, health education, and creating healthy outlets for families in Culpeper. In addition to her work experience, she volunteers with Culpeper Literacy Council and the CTEC program through CCPS. Dawnn Fletcher, Director, has twenty-one years of experience playing music: violin, viola, and cello. She has been teaching for eleven years. Currently, she teaches private lessons locally and online. Dawnn has a Bachelor of Arts in Instrumental Music and Music Theory and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Bluefield College. Jessy Mahr, Director, is the Artistic Director of StageWorks. Jessy has a bachelor’s degree from Radford University in Technical Theater and a master’s degree from George Mason in Theater Management. Kevin Brandriff, Executive Director, started as Executive Director at the end of June 2021. He holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management and Philanthropy from Bay Path University, Long Meadow, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The College of New Jersey, Ewing NJ. Kevin brings over twenty years of experience in the nonprofit sector, including over a decade in nonprofit administration and fundraising, most recently as executive director for the Headwaters Foundation in Rappahannock County.
