 Amanda worked for a large telecommunications company before becoming a stay-at-home parent and active volunteer. Married since 2000 she and her husband have 5 children. Amanda is also a LifeNet Organ Donation Ambassador, a volunteer, and an advocate for Make-A-Wish and American Heart Association, and she is also the current PTO President at Eastern View High School. Her hobbies include antiquing, reading books, traveling, 

and spending time with her family.

She served as Producer for the Windmore summer camp and youth productions of Seussical JR, The First Leon, and Yes, Virginia and Director of Singin’ In The Rain JR.  From time to time, you will even find her on the center stage acting (The Emerald Heist). Amanda brings over 25 years of experience to the board with her vast expertise in volunteering for many organizations and nonprofits, serving as a board member, coordinator, and president. Bill retired from a 22-year career at TE Connectivity, most recently as Senior Global Supplier Quality Manager. He has held numerous manufacturing management positions in finance, supply chain, procurement, and planning over a 46-year career  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Trinity College of Vermont, an Associate of Science degree from Champlain College, a professional certification from the Institute of Supply Management, and a manufacturing Six Sigma Black Belt.  

Bill is an administrative volunteer at Culpeper Wellness Foundation (Free Clinic), a volunteer for the American Cancer Society, a past President of Junior Achievement of Vermont, a past mentor for the local Lego Mindstorms/Robotics team, and a former manager/coach of Little League Baseball here in Culpeper. Bill plays acoustic guitar and keyboards, and in his spare time had brief stints with three different rock/blues cover bands to earn his “stage experience.” His hobbies include home landscaping, small woodworking projects, minor auto repair, traveling, photography, golf, and cataloging his collection of LPs and CDs.

 Lauren is a proud Virginia native and Culpeper resident with a deep-rooted passion for the arts. With over 15 years of experience championing nonprofit missions, she brings a dynamic blend of artistic insight and leadership expertise to her role as Executive Director. Armed with a degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies from Bay Path University, a professional certificate in Nonprofit Management, and years of experience as a singer, actor, and dancer she is committed to making the arts accessible, inspiring, and engaging for the entire community.

When she’s not immersed in writing grants or advocating for arts programs, Lauren can be found collaborating on innovative projects that bring people together or lending a hand behind the scenes of Windmore's many programs. Her energy and creative vision make her a driving force behind Windmore’s mission to foster a thriving arts culture in the region.

 Casey grew up in Fauquier County and has lived in Culpeper for 20 years. She and her husband live in Jeffersonton with their daughter. Their oldest child lives in Colorado and works as a software developer. Casey graduated from James Madison University in 1998 and has worked in Finance/ Accounting for over 25 years. Since 2010 she has worked for TE Connectivity and is currently the Director of Finance for the Application Tooling Business Unit. Casey served as a girl scout leader for several years and is a member of 100 Women Who Care – Fauquier, Rappahannock, and Culpeper.

Sue Bridges is a retired educator and school administrator with 36 years of service. In 2022, she accepted a full-time job with People, Inc., a Community Action Agency, as a Family Coach in the Whole Family Approach, located in the Culpeper office. Sue has played the piano since she was five years old and has been a piano accompanist. She has sung in many  choirs since middle school and is a current member of the Culpeper United Methodist Church (CUMC), where she has sung in the choir, played handbills, and served as the music accompanist for worship services. Sue is also a current member of 

The Blue Ridge Chorale.

Chandler is a native of Culpeper, Virginia. She has a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Virginia Commonwealth University. She was previously the Assistant to the Executive Director of the State Theatre Foundation. After working in the Real Estate industry for 6 years, Chandler became a Licensed Mortgage Originator and served as the Training Director for a mortgage company before starting her own business.  

Etta Lambert B.F.A, M.Ed, Ph.D. is a Culpeper native who currently lives in Fredericksburg.

She currently works in Healthcare Technology in Washington, DC as an Inside

Sales Manager and is the Manager of Education and Training on their Diversity Equity and Inclusion Committee.

Etta has decades of experience in Non-Profit Fundraising, Sales, and Marketing.

She is a former dancer and musician and toured nationally and internationally.

Recently, she danced again with Ezi Bu Muntu African Dance Company in

Richmond Va at their 50-year anniversary performance. She has toured in the past with Ballet, Modern, and African dance companies and also has danced at Pow Wow’s.

Her musical talents include percussion and piano.  She is the mother of 3 grown children and has 2 grandchildren with one on the

way. Her son is a national Reggae Artist 

and founder of the band Adwela;

Tyler Martin, is a Real Estate Photographer, Small Business owner, and photography enthusiast whose passion began in college. Initially working as a loan officer, Tyler’s journey into real estate photography started when he stepped in to help his mother, a Century 21 real estate agent, by taking photos for her listings. Recognizing a gap in the market for specialized real estate photographers, he founded his business Strong Arm Media to fill this niche.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Tyler is an active community member and serves on the board of the Culpeper Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals as well. His commitment to the community is further evidenced by his photography services at numerous local events.
