Amanda, a dedicated volunteer and philanthropist, transitioned from a career in telecommunications to becoming a stay-at-home parent and active community leader. Married since 2000, she and her husband have five children. Her advocacy work is deeply personal, as her only son, born with a congenital heart condition, underwent multiple open-heart surgeries and a heart transplant. Amanda serves as a LifeNet Organ Donation Ambassador and volunteers with Make-A-Wish and the American Heart Association. She is also a Habitat for Humanity of Culpeper Board Member, Eastern View High School PTO President, and Culpeper Business Women Secretary.
Amanda has contributed significantly to the arts, serving as Producer for Windmore’s youth productions, including Seussical JR, Yes, Virginia, and Honk JR, and directed Singin’ in the Rain JR. She occasionally steps into the spotlight herself, performing in productions like The Emerald Heist. In her free time, she enjoys antiquing, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
With over 27 years of experience in nonprofit work, Amanda brings extensive expertise in leadership, coordination, and board service to the organization.

Bill is an administrative volunteer at Culpeper Wellness Foundation (Free Clinic), a volunteer for the American Cancer Society, a past President of Junior Achievement of Vermont, a past mentor for the local Lego Mindstorms/Robotics team, and a former manager/coach of Little League Baseball here in Culpeper. Bill plays acoustic guitar and keyboards, and in his spare time had brief stints with three different rock/blues cover bands to earn his “stage experience.” His hobbies include home landscaping, small woodworking projects, minor auto repair, traveling, photography, golf, and cataloging his collection of LPs and CDs.

Their oldest child lives in Colorado and works as a software developer. Casey graduated from James Madison University in 1998 and has worked in Finance/ Accounting for over 25 years. Since 2010 she has worked for TE Connectivity and is currently the Director of Finance for the Application Tooling Business Unit. Recently, she danced again with Ezi Bu Muntu African Dance Company in Richmond, Virginia at their 50-year anniversary performance. She has toured with Ballet, Modern, and African dance companies and also has danced at Pow Wows.
Her musical talents include percussion and piano. She is the mother of 3 grown children and has 3 grandchildren. Her son is a national Reggae Artist and founder of the band Adwela: The Uprising.

In 2022, she accepted a full-time job with People, Inc., a Community Action Agency, as a Family Coach in the Whole Family Approach, located in the Culpeper office. Sue has played the piano since she was five years old and has been a piano accompanist. She has sung in many choirs since middle school and is a current member of the Culpeper United Methodist Church (CUMC), where she has sung in the choir, played handbells, and served as the music accompanist for worship services. As the owner of Wysteria LLC, a unique boutique in downtown Culpeper, Audrey uses her business as a platform for community outreach. She collaborates with the Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services (DARS) to provide work experiences for individuals with disabilities and collects formal dresses to ensure every girl has access to attire for homecoming or prom. With more than a decade of local government experience, Rose joined the Town of Culpeper team in 2023 after serving as Director of Economic Development and Tourism for Orange County, VA, since October 2020. Initially working as a loan officer, Tyler’s journey into real estate photography started when he stepped in to help his mother, a Century 21 real estate agent, by taking photos for her listings. Recognizing a gap in the market for specialized real estate photographers, he founded his business Strong Arm Media to fill this niche.

His love of the arts started when his grandparents took him to his first musical, Oklahoma. He majored in Theater at Susquehanna University and went on to have a successful career in production management. He transitioned to working in corporate America, where he became an award-winning management consultant, sought-out strategic facilitator, and certified business coach. Lauren is a proud Virginia native and Culpeper resident with a deep-rooted passion for the arts. With over 15 years of experience championing nonprofit missions, she brings a dynamic blend of artistic insight and leadership expertise to her role as Executive Director.
With a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership and Organizational Studies from Bay Path University, a professional certificate in Nonprofit Management, and years of experience as a singer, actor, and dancer, Lauren is committed to making the arts accessible, inspiring, and engaging for the entire community.
As the wife of a retired Marine, Lauren is also a steadfast advocate for veterans causes. She has served as National Executive Secretary and Northwest Regional President of the Auxiliary of the Fleet Reserve Association and is a member of the Culpeper American Legion Auxiliary. Her commitment to community extends further as a member of Culpeper Business Women and the Culpeper Chamber of Commerce, where she works to foster meaningful connections among the arts, business, and local initiatives.
When she’s not immersed in writing grants, advocating for arts programs, or supporting veterans' initiatives, Lauren can be found collaborating on innovative projects that bring people together, lending a hand behind the scenes of Windmore's many programs, or spending time with her family and rescue pup, Zoey.
