Youth fine Arts

Windmore's Youth Fine Arts specializes in the education of the youth by helping them discover all aspects of fine arts, Literature (poetry, story, writing), Visual and Graphic Arts (painting, drawing, sculpture, etc.), and the Performing Arts (theatre, dance, music). Fine arts programs are generally the first to be eliminated from many schools’ standard learning curriculum and Windmore's Youth Fine Arts programs help to fill that void. Fine arts help to promote creativity, provide experiences that can be shared with others, build self-confidence, and encourage individuality in self-expression. 

WFA CURRENTLY OFFERS THE FOLLOWING WORKSHOPS AND CAMPS

Summer Musical Theatre Camp - Held in June

This is a 2-week intensive summer musical theater camp where participants will learn all aspects of theater. Participants will learn to collaborate, communicate, and work together as a team to produce a quality performance of a musical. They will learn about voice projection & articulation, stage direction, acting & singing technique, stage presence, line memorization, and ensemble skills, At the end of the camp, participants will take pride in their ability to produce a quality show through collaboration of their gifts and talents. 

Workshops -
Windmore offers a variety of different workshops throughout the year, some will just be a one-day class and others could span the course of several weeks. In addition to paid workshops, we also offer several free themed craft workshops each year. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter so you will be the first to know when they are announced!
